Phill has been working in the industry for 20 years and after arriving here from New Zealand not knowing anyone he worked his way up from the club scene performing in various shows, events, fashion parades and corporate functions. From there he continued to climb and started choreographing and performing in concerts, video clips, the Aria Awards, national and international tours, TV variety shows and televised charity events for various recording artists, such as CDB, Marcia Hines, Deni Hines, Joanne feat BZ, Ilanda, Peter Andre, Shakaya and Holly Valance. Phill has also supported international artists such as Destiny's Child, Boys II Men, K Ci & Jo Jo, JaRule, Ashanti, N Trance, Steps and Ru Paul to name a few.
In 2008 Phill was a guest choreographer for the top 20 contestants on the first season of “So You Think You Can Dance Australia”. As a well respected member of the hip hop community Phill has adjudicated the heats and finals of the “Australian Hip Hop Championships” and also the “Step Off” hip hop competitions for the past three years.
In his hectic schedule Phill still finds time to teach and choreograph at many studios around Melbourne as well as workshops that are held nationally and internationally throughout the year.
