No refunds or transfers for purchased passes. Please note the expiry date of your purchased passes.

Activates on the date of sale. Please kindly note the expiry date if you're purchasing a class pass. You may only book, pay for, and attend classes using a class pass before its expiry date.

 

All class passes and memberships are sold or otherwise provided to customers of O2 Studios for personal use only. All class passes and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and must not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any other person. We reserve the right to cancel your class passes & student memberships permanently and ban you from visiting O2 Studios indefinitely if any of such behaviours are discovered.

 

Cancellation is allowed up to 6 hours prior to the start of the booked class. Unused class passes will be automatically added back to your account however no refunds nor cash credits will be issued. The expiry date of unused class passes remains unchanged. If a class booking is cancelled within 6 hours prior to the start of the booked class, a class pass will be deducted for the missed visit. An extension may only be granted if a valid medical certificate is provided. All passes are not transferable.
